Lost 18lbs & 56cm
This plan was so easy it’s hard to believe it’s a detox. I honestly never felt hungry and most days went without a snack (and that’s coming from a ‘snacker’).
The toughest part had to be the pyramid workout on week 1 but that’s because I hadn’t really done any exercise for about 3 years ? (before babies). The sense of achievement after it is worth it though! After the first week I really enjoyed the home workouts. As a mum of two they are so easy to slot into your routine.
I quickly got into an eating routine so it was easy to stay motivated and once you start seeing a steady weight loss you just want to try harder. The Facebook group is a great motivator too!
The recipes were so easy and really tasty, and it’s easy to add in other veg/lentils/protein to change them up a bit.
I set myself a goal to lose 7lbs to get me to 9 stone which is what I weighed before I fell pregnant last year. I can’t believe i lost 11 lbs!!!
I honestly, hand in heart, cannot recommend this plan enough. It has worked for me who was living a very unhealthy lifestyle of snacking on sugary things instead of eat g proper food!
