  • WHEN AND HOW CAN I CANCEL?

Answer

  • YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME, SIMPLY LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT. GO TO > MY ACCOUNT > SUBSCRIPTIONS > MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS > CANCEL BUTTON IS THERE. 
  • REMEMBER AND CANCEL AT LEAST 7 DAY PRIOR TO DEBIT DATE OR IT WILL ROLL OVER TO NEXT MONTH.

  • WHEN AND HOW DO I CHECK IN?

Answer

  • FIRSTLY you send me your start stats (before pics, measurements and weight) THEN You check in EVERY WEEK with me (if goal is weight loss), simply send me an update via Facebook, IG or email info@Chellebellfitness.com. (progress photos are never shared publicly unless permission is granted by yourself)

  • CAN I HAVE COFFEE AFTER COMPLETING MY 4 WEEK BOOST?

Answer

  • YES!  I recommend black coffee or with red milk, add agave or sweetener. My preferred choice is a brand called ROCKET FUEL (don’t let the name put you off) it has GURANA in it which help with weight loss.

  • IS THIS PLAN SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?

Answer

  • YES! 90% of all recipes are adaptable. For Example Low Fat Chicken Curry…simply follow recipe as described however swap chicken for your own protein choice i.e. Quorn, lentils, veg etc… I also have veggie only recipes also. Veggie Tagine is delicious.

  • HOW DOES THE PLAN WORK?

Answer

  • You begin with a 4 week BOOST plan, which includes specifically designed ‘Fat loss’ meals, by completing this you’ll learn how to plan your week, calculate the correct portion sizes. Home workouts are also included. You can then seeing up as a member for access to 100’s more healthy fat burning recipes and workouts. as well as Discounts for online fitness foods and products. The website includes maintenance meals to help keep those lbs off as well as more variety of recipes that also boost weight loss.

  • HOW EASY IT IS TO FIND RECIPES.

ANSWER

  • All recipes are located within the Members Only Area. They are the categorised into albums ‘dinners’ ‘Lunch’ etc.. Also they have been  colour coded to make it even easier to differentiate at quick glance. 

 

Question

  • How do i know which ones are for weight loss or maintenance.

Answer

  • Highlighted at the bottom of the recipe card! Attached, will be advice on whether recipe is geared towards weight loss etc.. you’ll also find recommendations for lunch if dinner is carb heavy, to ensure maintenance.

  • I have a medical condition, will this plan suit me?

Answer

  • There are so many medical conditions out there, it would be impossible for me to go over each one. I always recommend checking with your Doctor prior to starting ANY weight management program. What I will say is… This is a Healthy Eating plan, incorporating good carbs and lean protein sources through clean eating recipes, Limiting the intake of salt, sugar and processed foods. The Healthy way to lose weight!

  • What if i can’t do certain moves in a workout ?

Answer

  • NO PROBLEM at all. Simply swap for a different exercise, if struggling to think of one, get in touch with me and we’ll come up with an alternative 🙂
