Having been involved in professional football for over 20 years looking after my weight when i retired was always going to be a challenge, having tried all sorts of diets and struggling to keep the weight down, I gave Michelle’s meal plans a try along with gym workouts that were easy to follow and with the support form Michelle i found my weight dropping to a weight I didn’t achieve when I was a full time footballer, energy levels also increased which allowed me to train on a regular basis, I would strongly recommend Michelle’s plan to achieve that weight we all crave…..
