“I started Michelle’s plan to lose some weight and tone up for my holidays.  Although I eat quite healthy most of the time, my portion sizes have crept up through time.  I found the plan really easy because we cook a lot from scratch anyway…in fact some of the recipes were no different to what we make!  I just had to make small changes such as brown rice, brown pasta etc and control the portions! The first few days were most difficult to stick to just breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack, but you really get used to it.  I noticed a difference after just the first week!  I did miss my tea so started having the odd decaff tea which strangely I think I prefer! I do have a sweet tooth and like a treat after dinner so I started having a bit of my trek bar during day and keeping the rest with a cup of tea at night…my little treat to look forward to!  The private group is a great way to see what everyone else is doing and get ideas and Michelle is great at keeping you motivated and will answer any queries you have.  Although that’s my 4 week detox up, I am going to stick to it for now…have a guilt free holiday then get back on it when I’m back!
