From an early age I lived in a gym.

My dad, an Olympic boxer; would take me training with him many nights a week throughout my childhood. It was here that my passion for fitness started. Throughout school loved sports and being active. This then lead me to University; graduating with BSc Exercise Sciences. Now a fully qualified Personal Trainer with years of experience, It became clear to me early on that people think the answer to weight loss lies solely in the Gym. Which could not be more wrong!

‘FOOD is the FUEL to the body’  the truth is you can’t out exercise a bad diet.

Your DIET is the vital key to WEIGHT LOSS.

As a mum of 2, I gained LOTS of weight during pregnancy, making me feel depressed and unmotivated.

One day I began to play around with ‘everyday family meals’ swapping ingredients for more healthy nutritious options without sacrificing taste.

It became an addiction; every day I would challenge myself to turn yet another high calorie bad carb meal into a FAT BURNING RECIPE. Each week …I’d lose another few lbs…the baby weight was falling off!

Utilising my years of experience within the fitness industry, I began to add home workouts that boosted my FAT LOSS even more.

Fast forward a few months later I had a 6pack!

My plan has been tried and tested not only by myself, but the MANY SUCCESSFUL  clients that have been brave enough to post their testimonials on here for you all to read.

Most recipes are FAMILY FRIENDLY (kids absolutely love the crispy chicken nuggets)

THIS IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE! Not a quick fix. you will learn how to cook and keep the weight off forever.
