This challenge has been the best thing I could have signed up for! I have always struggled with my weight and now I actually feel like I am getting somewhere! Week two was the hardest part for me. With only 9 weeks to go my motivation is my wedding in April!
I was very surprised at how full I was with eating the new portion sizes, my favourite meal so far has been the spicy mango chicken, even my fiancé enjoys it! I drag myself through those home workouts and try my best to go to the gym 2/3 times a week. In my final week I can honestly say this is definitely working for me, I am going to try and stick to the plan while I recover from my op and get back on to round 2 once I’ve fully recovered!!!
I would definitely recommend this plan to everyone I know! If it wasn’t for Dana Donovan posting all her stuff on Facebook, I would of never had the guts to join!
